PAMENCAP – MANOVIKAS
PAMENCAP (Parents Association for the Mentally Handicapped Persons) Karimnagar was established in April 1988 as one of the four parent associations with the same name in the region. Our journey began humbly, with just three children attending the Manovikas Special School at the residence of our founding Secretary, Mr. K. Balakishan Rao.

The Manovikas Vocational Training Centre (VTC) plays a crucial role in this mission by equipping our students with practical vocational skills and preparing them for employment opportunities.
